Rust Spoofer

In this article, we explain what to do if you received a ban in Rust and want to play again on a new account. Many players panic after a ban, look for a "spoofer," and spend money on dubious programs, but in most cases you can solve it without a spoofer β€” safely and for free.

πŸ”§ What you need to do

  1. Full Windows reinstall
Perform a clean installation of Windows with formatting of all drives. This removes marks and data the game could use to identify you.

  2. Check for a hardware ban
After installing the system, buy a cheap Rust account (temporary is fine).

    • Join any server, play a little, and exit.
    • If there is no new ban within 12 hours, then you do not have a hardware ban (HWID Ban) and you can play normally.
  3. Change your IP address
Change your IP β€” for example, via your router or a VPN.
This is especially important if you play on modded servers.
Do not confuse such bans with in-game bans β€” these are different things.

🧠 Result

We tested this method on 100+ accounts and different devices β€” none of them received a repeat ban.
So you don’t need to waste money on questionable spoofers β€” most of the time these three steps are enough.

πŸ’‘ Note: this method is only for Rust.
In other games, for example Valorant, hardware bans work differently, and reinstalling Windows will not help.
